I am such a fan of Terri’s Award-Winning Mindfulness Books, as a parent I had never seen a book like this on the market until now. I read it with my son and it allowed for his own imagination and his own feelings to take precedence and both books take you on a journey that is the reader’s choice and a chooses your own adventure.

I am constantly amazed every time we read them at the intentionality and the kindness and the peace and thought that goes into all of the options in the story as it unfolds and of course as a parent the index in the back is very helpful on how my son is feeling. You can play along with your child as they are reading, it’s a gentle way to teach children mindfulness, imagination, creativity and empathy.  Both books appeal to different ages as my son is older than my daughter but we still get to read the books together as a family. Terri you have created and written two very special books.
