The children really tapped into their imaginations using My Magical Tree Book and where able to create a place for themselves that they can go to in their imagination and mindfulness. The children showed me their different traits and opened up to what’s going on in their daily lives from your mindfulness session.

After the children come back from lunch or they’ve had an issue on the playground, I say to them let’s talk about your magical garden or magical tree and let’s talk about what’s going on in your mind and go to that placed here they can feel safe and secure it’s a place where they can always go where they can ground themselves connect to themselves and connect to each other just to take that moment to be mindful. Both books have been amazing tools within our classrooms.
